-- MALACANANGI .Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1123 DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2006, AS WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 15, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bulacan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate "the occasion with appropriateceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 15, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
