PROCLAMATION NO.1123

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, ihe City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will celebrate its annual fiesta dubbed as the Pasalamat Festival 2026 from 12-19 January 2026;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration, the Office of the Mayor requested that 19 January 2026, Monday, be declared a special (non-working) day;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 19 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
