BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1124 DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS (NON- WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 5, 2006,marks the 38th Charter Day anniversary and Tuna Festival celebration of the City of General Santos; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity "to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 5, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
