MALACANANG PALACE MANilA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 112 4 DECLARING TUESDAY, 15. SEPTEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON­ WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN WHEREAS, Tuesday, 15 September 2015, marks the celebration of the 117th anniversary of the inauguration of the Malolos Congress in the Province of Bulacan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 September 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.
