BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1124

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 31 MARCH 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2021, Wednesday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 20° Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 31 March 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
