.-'" MALACANANG Manila' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1125 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WHEREAS, Monday, September 18, 2006, marks the 54th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
