BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1126

DECLARING MONDAY, 05 APRIL 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 05 April 2021, Monday, the Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of its 4418t Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 05 April 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.
