BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1127

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 APRIL 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 07 April 2021, Wednesday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of its 54‘ Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 April 2021, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
