DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JUNE 1 TO OCTOBER 31, 1973 FOR THE ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGNS OF COMMUNITY CHEST AND COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES.

To enable Community Chest and Council Organizations in the Philippines to carry on the funding of community health and welfare services as well as the promotion of economic well-being in their respective areas, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from June 1 to October 31, 1973 for the Annual Educational and Fund Campaigns of the following Community Chest and Council organizations and designating their respective areas for solicitation:

1.	Community Chest of Greater Manila	Greater Manila
2.	Community Chest of Baguio	Baguio City
3.	Community Chest of La Union	La Union
4.	Community Chest of Pangasinan	Pangasinan & cities therein
5.	Community Chest of Tarlac	Tarlac Province
6.	Community Chest of Negros Occidental	Negros Occidental and cities therein
7.	Community Chest of Tacloban	Tacloban and Leyte Area
8.	Community Chest of Ormoc	Ormoc & Greater Leyte Area
9.	Community Chest of Cebu	Cebu Province & cities therein
10.	Community Chest of Misamis Oriental	Misamis Oriental & cities therein
11.	Community Chest of Greater Davao	Three Provinces of Davao and cities therein
12.	Community Chest of Zamboanga City	City of Zamboanga
13.	Community Chest of Laguna	Laguna Province and cities therein
14.	Community Chest of Batangas	Batangas Province & cities therein
15.	Community Chest of Oriental Mindoro	Mindoro Oriental
16.	Community Chest of Ilocos Norte	Ilocos Norte & cities therein

I call upon residents, firms and organizations in the area of their respective operation to support these campaigns and to give generously to the Community Chest and Council organizations mentioned above which unite into one annual appeal campaigns for the health and welfare needs of the various Red Feather Agencies as well as the promotion of the economic well-being in their respective areas.
