BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1129 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS INSULAR LIFE CORPORATE CENTER WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT INSULAR LIFE DRIVE, FILINVEST CORPORATE CITY, ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 05-247 dated 28 July 2005 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Insular Life Corporate Center as an Information Technology Center which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain located at Insular Life Drive, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, containing an aggregate area of Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Five (4,195) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: Lot 2-A TCT No. 206375 A parcel of land (Lot 2-A of the subdivision plan Psd-00-040032, being a portion of Lot 2, Block 4, Psd-00-036829, LRC Rec.
