.'-- MALACANANG Manila, BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1130 DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BILIRAN 10, 2006, AS MUNICIPALITY SPECIAL (NON- OF KAWAYAN, WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 10, 2006, marks anniversary of the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran; the Charter Day WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 10, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran.
