..- MALACANANG Manil'a BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1131 DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2006 WORKING} DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG AS SPECIAL (NON- WHEREAS, Monday, October 16, 2006, marks the 58th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Calbayog; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriateceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, October 16, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the City ofCalbayog.
