BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1131

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Friday, 16 October 2015, marks the 67" Charter Day of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do

hereby declare Friday, 16 October 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog.
