BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO1132 -

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES

WHEREAS, Monday, 26 October 2015, marks the celebration of the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Catanduanes;

WHEREAS, it is ‘but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Catanduanes be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 26 October 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Catanduanes.
