.MALA(:::ANANG, l'1anil~ .t .. p ~ If1' ;=-/11 /1:8 9 K BV THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHIUPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1133 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS JG SUMMIT CENTER WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 6783 AYALA AVENUE, SALCEDO VILLAGE, BARANGAY BEL-AIR, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBUC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBUC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Infonnation Technology Center, subject to th~ provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 04-387 dated 22 November 2004, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the JG Summit Center, which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain, situated at 6783 Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, with an aggregate area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty (2,430) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions: Lot 12 Blot:k 3 TCT No. 197346 '~ A parcel of land (Lot 12, Block 3 of the subdivi~;ion plan (LRC) Psd-6132, ri'g portion of Block C of plan (LRC) Psd-5812, LRC (GLRO) Rec.
