IZIFI1/ )39'1 (P .'- MALACANANG Manila' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES --- PROCLAMATION NO. 1134 DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2006, AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN I PROVINCE OF BULACAN (NON-RAFAEL, WHEREAS, Friday, September 29, 2006, marks the 256th Foundation Day anniversary and the annual town fiesta of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 29, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
