BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1135

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 APRIL 2021, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 21 April 2021, Wednesday, the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 20 Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calamba be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 21 April 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna.
