BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1136

DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 APRIL 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MUNICIPALITY OF MONTALBAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 27 April 2021, Tuesday, the Municipality of Montalban, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 150" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Montalban be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 April 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Montalban, Province of Rizal.
