PROCLAMATION NO. 1137

DECLARING MONDAY, 5 OCTOBER 2045, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Monday, 5 October 2015, marks the celebration of the 131°" Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 5 October 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
