Manila: BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1138

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 13, 2006, marks the Justice Calixto Zaldivar Memorial Day and his birth anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Antique, conscious of the historical significance of the event, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 13, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Antique.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
