BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1138

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 APRIL 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 26 April 2021, Monday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 256 Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 April 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Batangas.
