MAJI.ACANANG I I Manila BY THE PRESID~NT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.114 DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 15, 1992, marks the 44th Charter Anniversary of the City of Nagai WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Naga be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Adm.inistrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 15, 1992, as a special day in the City of Naga. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to beaffixed.
