BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 114

DECLARING THURSDAY, 5 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUDIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of llocos Sur will celebrate its 4318' Foundation Anniversary on Thursday, 5 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 5 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur.
