BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1142

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festiva? in the month of October of every year;

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Province of Negros Oriental to celebrate and participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has requested that Friday, 23 October 2015 be declared as non-working day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 23 October 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
