PROCLAMATION NO. 1143

DECLARING MONDAY, 26 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 26 January 2026, Monday, the City of Cadiz, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 52"? Dinagsa Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 26 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz, Province of Negros Occidental.
