AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1187 DATED MARCH 27, 1998, WHICH GRANTED OWNERSHIP OF THE LAND, EMBRACED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 1453 DATED JUNE 30, 1975, IN FAVOR OF THE NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION, UNDER ADMINISTRATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, BY SEGREGATING PORTIONS THEREOF AND TRANSFERRING THE SAME UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP OF THE BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, AS WELL AS AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL THEREOF THROUGH LEASE OR SALE Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1187, dated March 27, 1998, which granted ownership of the land embraced by Proclamation No. 1453, dated June 30, 1975, located at Fort Bonifacio in favor of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM), under administration of the Office of the President, by segregating portions thereof and transferring the same under the administration and ownership in favor of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, as well as authorizing disposal thereof through lease or sale, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows: LOT 1, Psd-OO-O68987 (Subdivision Plan of SWO-OO7602-001100-D) A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, Psd-OO-O6f3987 (Subdivision Plan of SWO-OO7602-001100-D under Proclamation No. 1453), being a portion of Parcel-4, Psu-2031, L.R.C.
