Proclamation No. 1144, s. 2006 - Signed on September 20, 2006: Amending Proclamation No. 1187 dated March 27, 1998, which granted ownership of the land, embraced by Proclamation No. 1453 dated June 30, 1975, in favor of the National Police Commission, under administration of the Office of the President, by segregating portions thereof and transferring the same under the administration and ownership of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, as well as authorizing disposal thereof through lease or sale.
