BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1144

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 MAY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON

WHEREAS, on 21 May 2021, Friday, the City of Malabon will mark the celebration of its 422" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 May 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.
