PROCLAMATION NO. 1144

DECLARING TUESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2026, Tuesday, the City of Bifan, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 81S Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bihan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 03 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bihan, Province of Laguna.
