BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1145

DECLARING MONDAY, 2 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on Monday, 2 November 2015, the Province of Misamis Occidental marks the celebration of its Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Misamis Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 2 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Misamis Occidental.
