BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1145

DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 MAY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 22 May 2021, Saturday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 22 May 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
