PROCLAMATION NO. 1145

DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Buug, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and BOG Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Buug be given full opportunity to participate in the foregoing occasions and enjoy their celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 26 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Buug, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
