BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1146

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 11 November 2015, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks its 434"" Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 11 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
