PROCLAMATION NO. 1146

DECLARING SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARRAT, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 February 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Sarrat, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sarrat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 28 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sarrat, Province of Ilocos Norte.
