.- MALA(:ANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1148 DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 3, 2006, marks the 211th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasionwith appropriate ceremonies. . NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
