DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN,

PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on Friday, 13 November 2015, the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley marks the celebration of its Foundation

Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 13 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley.
