DECLARING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2001 AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AS “NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION MONTH”

WHEREAS, _ the 11" Philippine International Construction Machineries and Building Materials Exhibition and Technology Forum ai" PHILCONSTRUCT 2001 with Technology Forum) will be held on November 15 to 18, 2001, at the World Trade Center and Philippine Trade Training Center, to be attended by construction trade professionals, architects, engineers, property owners, land developers, buyers, investors,

WHEREAS, the construction industry is a vital component in national development in support of achieving the nation’s vision for the new millennium,

WHEREAS, there is a need to invite national focus on the construction and infrastructure industry, to enhance and increase productivity in this strategic sector.
