BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1150

DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 8803 dated August 16, 2000, provided for the conversion of the Municipality of Koronadai into a component city to be known as the City of Koronadal and was ratified on October 8, 2000:

WHEREAS, Sunday, October 8, 2006, marks the 6" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Koronadal:

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Karonadal to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, October 9, 2006 be declared

@S special (non-working) day instead of October 8, 2006, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, It is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal, Province of Soutn Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with éppropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby deciare Moriday, October 9, 2006, as special (non-working) day In the City of Koranadal, Province of South Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea! of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
