BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1150

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on Monday, 23 November 2015, the Province of Benguet will celebrate its 115" Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Il, do hereby declare Monday, 23 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
