/46 -tJc(l~ M'P -- MALACANANG Manila' BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1151 DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2006, AS SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL NEGROS (NON- WHEREAS, Friday, October 20, 2006, the Province of Oriental Negros will be celebrating the Buglasan Festival; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Negros be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. : NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
