PROCLAMATION NO. 1151

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija will celebrate its annual festival of thanksgiving for bountiful harvest on Monday, 23 November 2015;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Palayan to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor has requested that 23 November 2015 be declared as a special (non-working) day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Iil, do hereby declare Monday, 23 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
