BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1152

DECLARING MONDAY, 7 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija celebrates its Foundation Day every 5" day of December;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Palayan to fully celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor has requested that 7

December 2015 (Monday) be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 5 December 2015 which falls on a Saturday;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO I, do hereby declare Monday, 7 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
