PROCLAMATION NO. 1153

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2026, Wednesday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of the Tinagba Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 11 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
