BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1154

DECLARING TUESDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE GARCIA, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 1 December 2015, marks the 66" Foundation Day of the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lil, do hereby declare Tuesday, 1 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Batangas.
