BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1154

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 16 June 2021, Wednesday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 71% Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental
