BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1155

DECLARING SATURDAY, 7 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Saturday, 7 November 2015, marks the 139" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 7 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.
