BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1156

DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks its 65" Foundation Day on 15 November 2015;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that Friday, 13 November 2015, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 15 November 2015, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S$. AQUINO lil, do hereby declare Friday, 13 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
