BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1157

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO a

WHEREAS, the Province of Occidental Mindoro marks the celebration of its 65'" Founding Anniversary on 15 November 2015;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that Monday, 16 November 2015, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 15 November 2015, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 16 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Occidental Mindoro.
