BARANGAY CUYAMBAY, MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS NEW SITe OF THE NEW i3IUBID PRISON AND FIELD OFFICE SITE OF THE DENR-CALABARZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, If GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain portion of the titled property of the Republic of the Philippines located in Barangay Cuyambay, Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, with an area of Two Hundred Seventy (270) hectares as new site of the New Bilibid Prison under the Department of Justice and Thirty (30) hectares as field office site of the DENR-Calabarzon, which portions are subject to private rights if any there be and future subdivision survey, the complete technical descriptions of the parcel of land are as follows: Lot 10, Psu-1O329l-Amd ,0.
