BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1158

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the Higantes Festival on Monday, 23 November 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 23 November 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal.
