BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1158

DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 JUNE 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary on 19 June 2021:

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Laoag to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 18 June 2021, Friday, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 June 2021, which falls on a Saturday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

18 June 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
